If we can't parse your document, no credits are deducted. You'll get a full refund automatically.
Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely.
We support Excel (.xlsx, .xls), PDF, and — for DACH tenders — GAEB DA XML (.x83, .x81, .x84) and ÖNORM A2063 (.xml). GAEB and ÖNORM files are read directly from your AVA software, no Excel/PDF export needed.
